I hate being sick for more reasons than feeling like crap. For me It totally messes up my routine, I feel demotivated and it’s when I’m most unproductive. It started off with a tummy ache on Tuesday while I trained and gradually got worse into being bed ridden and going to the toilet every hour.
I’m not feeling 100% today but from tomorrow I think I can start my training regime again. I’m not unlucky though, I can’t remember the last time where I was sick for more than a couple of days and couldn’t go to training.
Since I was sick, nothing really happened except flushing the toilet so hopefully next week is a football filled and fun! And it’s a one week break from school.
Training Next Week
Could do only 6 – 7 hours this week. Won’t make up hours, it’s demotivating when you train so much by yourself, with friends I could, but most people are away + don’t want to do too much after being sick. 20 hours next week.
