Jan – May 2016 Update

Hey everyone.

I know I’m not that active on this blog, but be assured I am still:

1. Alive

2. Non-stop training and fighting everyday to get better.

I’ve been doing more video updates recently under the TrainEffective brand with the snapchat and youtube channels.

I also try lend as much help as possible on the TrainEffective blog.

At some point, I’ll provider a deeper written update here.. but with all my time dealt elsewhere at the moment, don’t count on it!
