Very quiet as I was up at my bro’s place in Sydney. Chilled in Bondi and hung out. That’s it, didn’t do much until Friday. Weighed myself at the gym and I was a massive 77.5kg!
Either I gained a lot of body fat, I’m putting on muscle or a combination of both. I have to begin focusing on more explosive exercises now that I’ve built a good foundation of upper body strength.
Did 4:15 this week with four days rest. This concludes the holiday period. So next week it’s 12.5 hours with flight / 15 hours with no flight.
